Life can be tough. It can be hard to find space to think clearly. Perhaps you're experiencing anxiety depression, stress or relationship issues. Things may feel difficult, challenging or overwhelming. I provide a safe space to think. To process and reflect and be heard and listened to. It is a non-judgemental and empathic space where anything can be said. Where we can work on change. My experience includes anxiety, depression, relationships, ASD and ADHD. I work with adults and young people 16+. I am available by phone or email to arrange an informal, no-obligation, no-cost 30 minute chat to see if I am the right counsellor for you.

My approach as a counsellor reflects what helped me as a client. I offer the chance to talk, process and be heard. Together we can illuminate your challenges and problems so that you can understand them better and decide how you want to deal with them. I work in a person-centred and psychodynamic way.

My client-focussed approach means that I offer sessions face-to-face, by phone and online. Whatever works best for you. For face-to-face work I am based in Bromsgrove.
