My name is Grace and I am passionate about the impact which counselling can have. I feel privileged to be able to work alongside people throughout their counselling journey, and to be entrusted with their stories. I offer an integrative counselling service for both adults and young people. I welcome enquiries for a compassionate and flexible approach, to best support you.
I believe in counselling being an option for anyone, regardless of situation or circumstance. I work from an integrative approach, meaning that we work together in a way which best suits you and your reasons for coming to counselling. I believe that counselling can be the ultimate form of self-care and there doesn’t need to be a specific reason for coming.
Deciding to take the step to start counselling can be difficult, I offer an initial consultation call to give us to opportunity to explore whether us working together is right for you. Our work together is at your pace and I’m there to support you in the areas you choose.
