Welcome I’m Gizele, I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer one-to-one support to children, young people and adults. I have a wide range of life experience of working with individuals focusing on emotional wellbeing.
I have worked with clients in a number of areas such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, cultural issues, trauma, identity, autism, anger management, relationships, self-development, loneliness, loss and bereavement. I aim to provide a warm, empathic, confidential safe space to listen, reflect and provide emotional support. I aim to build a relationship.
My initial telephone session is free and can last for up to 15mins. During the initial session, I will explain about counselling and about what I can offer. You will have the opportunity to tell me about yourself and what you would like to work on.
