Greetings, I am a Relational Multicultural Multilingual Integrative Psychotherapist. I practice relationally, holistically, humanistically and psychodynamically. I consider your past & present experiences as important aspects of your life. Together we will explore ways to understand, and gently unpack & process any life challenges which may be hindering your full potential. I take into consideration your environment, culture, uniqueness & individuality. I embrace diversity and difference and provide a rich experience working within Western & Eastern settings: in my Private Practice, within Organisations & alongside Minority Groups.
As we begin to work together, we will explore any issues or concerns that have brought you into therapy. I will provide a respectful, non-judgemental listening, will share my observations and ask questions to gently guide your process and help you gain clarity and meaning in your life. I provide a safe space for you to openly explore and share any concerns.
Building towards trust may be daunting, so providing my clients with a space to feel listened to is important. I offer weekly face to face, online and telephone sessions, to suit your needs. I offer a 15 minute initial consultation to help understand your reasons for seeking Psychotherapy and whether we feel that working together will be beneficial for you.
