Hello, my name is Georgina and I’m an integrative psychotherapist. We all, at times, find ourselves struggling in life, some of us seemingly suffering more than others. Although we can’t control what happens to us, we can decide to reach out for help so we are not alone. With the right support, we can work through periods of distress, overwhelm and ‘stuckness’ and to address any core wounds which may be holding you back.
With me, you will find a safe, non judgemental, confidential space where together we can explore your needs. I offer an integrative approach, drawing upon various methods depending on what the individual person needs. I also. like to focus on the nervous system, integrating the body with the mind
