I have experience working with individuals across a range of presentations such as low mood and depression, anxiety and OCD, gender identity, attachment issues, bereavement, phobias, trauma , autism/ neurodiversity, ADHD, and difficulties with interpersonal relationships.I believe that unprocessed experiences impact on our well-being. Thus, constructive change requires an understanding of how unresolved issues interact with present 'difficulties' which in turn influence our future direction. I am lecturer in Higher Education with NHS experience.I charge between £90-£120/session based on the type of work (long or short term).
My approach to therapy is pluralistic and integrative. This practically means that I adapt the way I work to meet the person’s needs drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, , Mentalization, Attachment and Gestalt. I offer in person sessions at my London Bridge address.
I am a compassionate and collaborative psychologist who creates safe space for individuals in therapy to feel comfortable and to explore the nature of their presenting issues. My approach is flexible and relational and by actively collaborating with individuals in therapy , we jointly decide how to go about and tackle the issues bringing them to therapy.
