Are you feeling you've lost yourself, suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement or trauma and finding it overwhelming and difficult to cope with every day life? I will support you at your pace to identify and resolve the symptoms that are causing pain and distress, to help you find peace. Everyone struggles from time to time. There's no weakness or shame in asking for help. I will help you feel empowered to take control of your life and feel free of the things that bring you down, so that you can enjoy life and living.
We will use person-centred therapy to allow you to have a voice and talk about your issues. We will then use CBT, Rewind, Trauma techniques or Clinical Hypnotherapy to help you further explore your problems and discover ways in which to resolve them. You will be completely involved in your treatment plan, so that you can feel the achievement of its success!
I know that it can be daunting to make contact but once you do, we will no longer be strangers!
