I am a Relate-trained couple counsellor and have also trained to work for Rape Crisis and in NHS psychology department counselling older people. For the last 14 years I was a lecturer training students in Person-Centered counselling from Basic to degree level.
I will work with you to help you understand what is currently impacting on your ability to lead the fulfilling life you hoped for; what is causing you hurt and distress; how your relationships are affected; how your difficulties are played out at work, at home and how your past may be influencing your current choices and future possibilities.
