Sometimes life can hurl difficulties our way and leaving us feeling conflicted, confused and depleted and at other times our thoughts and feelings may seem out of balance to the event that triggered them or do not seem to begin from anything specific at all. I work with you in a confidential space, where you can speak freely about what is troubling you, providing you with support and security, such that you no longer have to struggle on by yourself. My areas of expertise lie in treating anxiety, depression, traumata, loss and fertility concerns.
As a registrant of the British Psychoanalytic Council and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I have acquired a wide range of experience in the NHS, private and third sector. Being a person of colour, I hold a special interest and am experienced in working with difference, diversity, identity and Intergenerational trauma.
It can be extremely difficult finding a suitable therapist, I would be delighted to hear from you and discuss your concerns, taking the first step may feel difficult and I understand that. This is an opportunity for you to explore your needs and ask any questions you may have, without any pressure or obligation to continue.
