My name is Geanina and I am a qualified counsellor. If you’re feeling anxious, lacking in confidence or stuck, I will offer you a safe and non-judgemental space to talk about any feelings or difficulties you may be facing at the moment. I aim to walk alongside you, help you gain insights on yourself and on your challenges and feel supported. Together we will explore how your past and your unconscious patterns may play a part in your current struggles. With increased awareness, shifts will begin to happen within you that will have a positive impact on your life outside of therapy.
My training is in Psychosynthesis which is a psychology of hope that sees our challenges in life as opportunities for growth and meaning. Some therapy outcomes can be: increased clarity, self-acceptance and overall get a better sense of who you are as a person and feel empowered.
It's important that you find the right therapist for you, someone you feel comfortable with. This is why I offer a free 15 minute introductory call in which you can ask me questions about how I work and in which I'll share how I may be able to help you.
