Hi, I’m Gav and I’m an accredited Psychological Therapist based in Birmingham. I have 15 years of experience supporting & empowering people to improve their mental health and transform their lives. Ultimately my passion and drive is to support people to rediscover happiness, connection and fulfilment and I can support you to achieve this by a tailored approach to meet your individual needs. I work on the premise of self-development and growth, utilising a combination of evidence-based therapies and tools to help you move forward, feel confident and succeed in every area of your life.
I'm trained in leading evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) & EMDR, I also specialise in coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). As well as working successfully with adults, I also have additional qualifications and skills to work with children & young people.
I'm also a human being, a father and wholeheartedly understand how it feels to take that first step into therapy. I do this job because I value people, and want to help people succeed, therefore I understand the importance of creating a space for you to feel comfortable to be yourself and enable you to create the foundations for your future.
