Hi im a highly experienced therapist offering therapy for all types of conditions ranging from anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work stress, OCD. I also work with all types of addictions, including problems with alcohol. I specialise in CBT focused therapy combined with EMDR a trauma based approach. I'm also a trained Schema Therapist specialising in childhood traumas and difficult past experiences, that may affect daily functioning. This can prove highly effective. I adhere to the BACP code of ethics and follow guidelines for safe and effective therapy.
My speciality is to work with you to design the right therapeutic approach that will best treat your condition. Each person is treated as an individual where the Therapy is not a one size fits all. I work to adapt the many different therapies I am trained in to best treat the relevant issues giving optimal outcomes.
