Psychotherapy deals with current problems. It is an opportunity to explore ourselves, to understand why we have become the people that we are. In relationship with a therapist we are able to look at the way we relate to others, explore our motivations and behaviours and so understand ourselves and our relationships. It is an opportunity for you to be really listened to. You may come because of a particular issue or you may not be sure exactly what the problem is but find yourself repeating painful or limiting patterns in life. It may only be through talking to someone that you gain an understanding of what you want to work on.

I am a qualified psychotherapist offering psychotherapy and counselling both in person and online. I work as a psychotherapist in both the NHS and in private practice. I am particularly interested in and have lots of experiencing working with neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and self loathing, loss of a sense of self and loneliness.

I believe it is crucial to create an environment where you can feel safe to talk, somewhere that you can bring all of yourself. I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space where we can explore your feelings, motivations, anxieties and fears, where I can really hear what it feels like to be you.
