I have experience of working with clients with a wide variety of issues including depression, anger, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement, loss, stress, low self esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation and relationship issues. We all deal with emotional issues in our lives from time to time and it is when those issues become overwhelming and begin to get in the way of us living a fulfilling life, that it might be the right time to seek counselling. In my practice I offer a genuine, friendly and non-judgmental relationship with my clients.
Walking Therapy - I also offer walking therapy - The usual 50 minutes session while we walk, talk and explore the great outdoors. (Weather dependent).
