I am qualified and experienced in working with adults, children and teenagers. Circumstances such as loss, trauma, stress and anxiety, relationships and work can present challenges that feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. In our sessions I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental, supportive space for you to explore, find meanings and discover ways forward.
My counselling services can address a variety of issues. I am always interested in understanding what has happened to you and how that has impacted your life today. I use a variety of techniques, in particular creative tools when working with young clients, to help you explore, gain understanding, find resolution and build resilience.
