I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor working in a person-centred and relational way which helps to build a therapeutic relationship between us where you feel seen and heard and where you can process what is going on for you at a pace which suits you. Whether you are unable to manage your thoughts, feelings and emotions, or have had some difficult life experiences, or if you don't really understand why you feel the way you do, I can help to facilitate your own journey of self discovery, helping you to make sense of the past or your current situation and enabling you to move forwards.
I offer in person and online counselling sessions where we can unpack together and work at your pace and with your needs at the fore front. I work in a person centred way which means its up to you what you bring to our sessions and I won't tell you what do to but will support you whilst you work on whatever you feel you want to bring to the session.
I bring the principles of empathy, unconditional positive regard and authenticity into every session and this helps to create a supportive and genuine environment where you can truly be yourself, whilst developing inner strength and resources, helping you to feel better able to navigate the complexities of life.
