I can help with anxiety, stress, low mood and depression by working on emotional regulation through both talking to work out why you are feeling the way you are and through practical techniques. We can work together through any areas of your life, from childhood through to the present day. I can also help with support for grief, loss or bereavement, or relationship issues, decision making and planning skills.
I am trained in an integrative way, meaning I can work with you using whichever therapy method feels best. Imagine 50 minutes a week of 'you' time in a safe, calm space. We can work on anything from past trauma, to practising relaxation techniques and staying in the present moment to reduce anxiety and emotional overwhelm.
