I am a qualified BACP registered counsellor in private practice in West Sussex. I see clients in person, online and offer “walk and talk” sessions, weather permitting. I studied at the University of Chichester and have BA (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling. My practical training was with a respected counselling charity offering affordable counselling to local people within their area. I also have experience of counselling those in treatment for cancer or in recovery or those affected by cancer through a close relative’s experience. Person-centred counselling can help you discover your true self and relieve the anxiety that is associated with being unsure about who you are and fearful of rejection, so that you can begin to feel whole and complete.
As social and emotional beings, we need to feel valued and respected and often we find it difficult to express our needs and to find the confidence to communicate these either at work, with intimate partners or friends.
