I am an integrative counsellor with person-centred, psychodynamic, and attachment approaches to meet your individual needs. My focus is on you as the client, and I believe that you are the expert in your own world. I’m not going to direct you or lead you, but I’m going to follow you on your journey, exploring your feelings. Together, we’re going to make sense of what your issues are, so that you can move forward in your life.
Within the safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment of our counselling session, we will explore the issues which have brought you to therapy. By doing so, we may begin to understand how you can develop your own personal resources and move on and change your patterns of behaviour.
Our sessions will focus on your journey, and how you can use our time together in order to move forwards. Using an approach which includes bodily sensations, emotions and mind, my aim is to support you to improve your self-awareness and enhance your wellbeing.
