Life brings challenges to all of us from time to time and we might feel loss or overwhelmed by them. I offer a safe and confidential space to address and explore these issues. I am open to work with variety issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, finding meaning in life, low self esteem. My aim is not advising you, but to help you to find your own path and to look at yourself and your own issues with more compassion and understanding.
My approach is Existential-Integrative. I complement it with Focusing, Mindfulness, Meditation, Gestalt therapy and awareness to relational dynamics. I work holistically in the sense that I include body awareness to explore what experiences and messages the body hold for the individual and how thoughts/emotions influence the body and nervous system.
