My name is Filip Pasterski and I am an Integrative psychotherapist and an Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner. I have extensive experience of working with clients within an inpatient hospital setting and a variety of psychological service settings. I have both substantial experience in the NHS and the private sector.
As an online EMDR therapist who specializes in providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I help people to process and heal from traumatic experiences, as well as other mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
