As a mental health professional, I am passionate about providing effective and compassionate care to individuals struggling with trauma and related disorders. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the impact that trauma can have on an individual's well-being, functioning and personality. I have vast experience in mental health and have worked with individuals who have complex trauma along and mental health difficulties. As a qualified mental health clinical lead nurse working in forensic settings I have gained a good understanding on how trauma along with other mental health difficulties can effect an individual in many ways.
As a MH nurse, psychotherapist and ADHD specialist, I am able to utilise several sets of skills to help assess, plan and provide the most appropriate therapy to meet your needs. I specialise in helping people to overcome the distressing symptoms experienced from childhood abuse. I am also bilingual so can offer therapies in English, Urdu or Punjabi.
