I think it is really important to understand and acknowledge the complexity of every individuals experience. I endeavour to do this by holding an open mind and creating a safe boundaried space in which we can both get to know you better. I encorporate a range of theories and skills in order to best facilitate your individual process and needs. Within my practice I work with a range of issues which are listed below. I also work in a sex and kink positive way, with all types of relationship styles. Neurodiversity and how that shapes how we experience the world is also a big part of my practise.
My work often highlights the complexity of human relationships and demonstrates how powerful a safe therapeutic space can be in enabling exploration into new ways to relate to yourself and others. I truly believe that you are the expert of your own life and if we work together my role would be to help you trust and tap into that.
