I adapt my way of working according to your unique concerns and personality, integrating a range of psychotherapeutic modalities along the way to help us identify and make sense of your past and present feelings, struggles and emotional triggers together so that you may begin to live in ways that feel less overwhelming and more manageable and fulfilling.
I have clinical experience working with a diverse range of individuals and groups including in the NHS in-patient services and the charity sector. In addition to private practice, I currently work part-time in a third sector organisation providing long-term psychotherapy to clients with complex trauma and enduring mental health difficulties.
