For some of us life can become challenging and overwhelming, at times we feel completely trapped in a negative cycle unable to see a way forward with little or no support. Do you struggle with things like anxiety, depression, and low self-worth, do you feel hopeless and alone? I offer a warm safe and non-judgemental approach to support you with any issues you may be facing. Working as a Person Centred Therapist I will support you in building an understanding of your own thoughts and feelings empowering you to make the changes you need to find inner peace and happiness.
I have a wide range of experience working with young people, and adults. I have also spent several years offering bereavement support and have experience in working with complex loss, and childhood bereavement. I incorporate CBT and CFT into my practice enabling me to offer a bespoke program tailored to the individual.
