Are you struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood, cultural issues or relationship problems? As a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, my main aim is to work alongside you on your journey to replace struggle with peace and harmony. Sometimes in life, we go through difficult situations that come upon us unexpectedly, which we struggle to deal with. During times of crisis what we need is a safe and confidential support where we can be listened to without judgement.
I practice integrative counselling and psychotherapy, which is a model that uses techniques from different therapeutic approaches so that the service provided is tailored to suit the specific needs and particular circumstances of each individual client. This means that I will work with you to clarify the issues you may be presenting.
I will work collaboratively with you and have experience of providing short-term sessions where the focus will be on achieving a specific goal, as well as working on a long-term basis with open-ended sessions which would allow us to work on more deep-rooted issues that require adequate time for a change of perspective to be achieved.
