If you are struggling with mental health issues I am here to help. At times, overwhelming situations in life can create an emotional fog, robbing us of our clear vision. It may be ongoing relational issues, low self-esteem, low mood, anxiety, a sudden event such as bereavement, a break-up, losing your job, or simply feeling unhappy without knowing why. Through my own experience of therapy, I have learned that unraveling one's problems through talking and reflecting really allows one to gain perspective and to grow.
