About me, I am a qualified child and Adult Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with mental health. I am very passionate about CBT and the changes it can make to peoples lives. Initially, I trained as a Mental Health Nurse and after a number of years in the NHS, I then worked for 10 years with Cumbia Police providing therapy within the Occupational Health Department. It was there that I trained as a CBT therapist. I have now built up a successful private practice and have the privilege of working with a variety of clients of all ages.
I offer CBT to children and adults. I have specialised and qualified in working with children and have trained the mindfulness for schools programme. I have also trained in working with the menopause to become a menopause practitioner. I also have a huge amount of experience in working with anxiety, depression, self esteem and trauma.
