I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. I am a registered member of British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and graduate member of British Psychological Society (BPS). I work within the ethical framework of BACP. I have worked as a High-Intensity Therapist/within the NHS's Psychological Wellbeing Service( IAPT) in the past and I currently work as a counsellor at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. I work successfully with both adult and adolescent clients using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as I help them identify unhealthy thinking patterns and emotions that affect their behaviour.
I have a passion for helping people with a non-judgemental attitude, acceptance, and understanding. I aim to make sure that my client is heard, listened and all emotions are welcomed in a safe environment as we work collaboratively to address various issues.
