I have two areas of specialism. One is working with adults, who are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety. This could be in relation to your job, health or relationships with other people. The second is working with parents of young children, when parenthood becomes tricky for whatever reason, or when children struggle with anxiety or activities of daily living (such as behaviour, emotional regulation, social skills, sleep, toileting, etc.)
With adults and children/families, I support people to uncover what is behind their current difficulties, what kind of past experiences and/or feelings drive the current difficulties, before offering clients evidence-based ideas of how to overcome them. I draw from several therapeutic approaches to ensure the best fit you you as a person or family.
I offer a warm and welcoming therapy setting, whether it is online or face-to-face.
