I am a qualified person centred therapist. I am incredibly passionate about providing an empathic, accepting and safe environment. Counselling can lead to improved self esteem, self discovery, personal growth, confidence and understanding. Counselling can be helpful for anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, abuse and many other challenges.
In our sessions we can reflect and understand what is going on for you and how it is affecting you. You are unique and your experience will be individual to you.
