Hello, my name is Evis and I am an integrative therapist. I believe that everyone has the ability to build a fulfilling and balanced life. Sometimes we lose sight of our own intrinsic power and that is when therapy can make a difference, offering a safe space to explore and work through obstacles that stand in the way of change.
Being an integrative therapist means I have training and experience in working in diverse ways with diverse clients, addressing depression, anxiety, and addiction, among other mental health challenges. I will meet you where you are, sensitive to your preferences, needs, and wider cultural and social circumstances.
I know from experience that successful therapy depends on the quality of the client-therapist relationship, and trust is at the heart of everything.
