I’m Evie and I’m exited to offer you a space to connect and find your next steps in life. As a certified Integrative Counsellor, Therapeutic Coach, and Happy For No Reason Certified Trainer, I know first hand the challenges life can throw at us. From sciatica to chronic pain and autoimmune conditions, I’ve been there and I’m here to help you navigate through your own struggles. At the heart of my approach is the belief that we each grow and heal in our own way and time. I’ll be here to listen and guide you every step of the way, drawing from various counselling and coaching techniques to create a personalized plan that works for you
As an Integrative Counsellor, I originally trained in Person Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and specialised in Sexual Violence and Trauma Focussed Therapy. My skillset has grown to include Coaching, Walk & Talk, Somatic Bodywork, Chronic Pain Management, Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Creative Therapeutic interventions.
