Depression, Anxiety & PTSD can often lead people to feel stuck and lose their sense of self. I recognise when we feel like this we need to feel heard, have a way of making sense of what we are feeling and gain a sense of hope for the future. Through the therapeutic work I deliver using CBT and/or EMDR I hope to offer you just that. I will be alongside you, value and encourage your contributions, and aim to empower you to meet your goals. I have an adaptive style and would tailor the therapy to you. I strive to create a warm, non-judgemental, curious therapeutic space.
I offer CBT and/or EMDR, both these approaches are NICE recommended and evidence based. I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with Anxiety, Depression and PTSD. I offer 1:1 Therapy to individuals aged 18 and over either online or in person. I am passionate about the therapeutic work I deliver and I would be honoured to work alongside you.
