I am a CBT, Trauma-Focused therapist and I have experience working with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life changes, loss, relationship issues, self-confidence issues. My goal is to help you find your own solutions – whether that is making effective changes in your life or change the way you view yourself and others and experience relationships. Therapy is a safe and confidential space for you to talk about any issues or concerns you might have.
The first session is an assessment one in which we can talk about the issues that brings you to therapy, what are your expectations and goals from therapy and how we can work together. In the sessions afterwards we can further explore any issues affecting your life and help you find a way to move forward.
The goal is for you to find effective ways of coping with your difficulties in the here and now by becoming more aware of repetitive patterns of interpretation and behaviour, which can impact the view that you hold for yourself and others, the quality you experience in your interpersonal relationships and the feeling of satisfaction for your everyday life.
