My life experience includes working in large Corporates and experiencing the stress our working lives can bring. I offer being with you as you work through these challenges - gently helping exploration of your own unique thoughts and feelings at whichever pace you choose. As a qualified, person-centred counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I work within their Ethical framework, offering a confidential, trusting and safe environment.
My role is to help achieve what's important to you, whether a specific goal or talking about whatever you choose to bring in a place where you won't be judged. Counselling can help you understand why you feel the way you do and help with moving to where you would like to be. I believe everyone has the potential to change their lives if that's what they want.
