Building relationships with my clients is key to the way I work with you. I work in a variety of ways including Integrative Counselling, Integrated CBT and through some creative media, adapting my approach to suit you. I work with adults, couples, young people and children.
Many people experience struggles in their lives which can leave them feeling low, anxious, confused and sometimes helpless. For some, the challenges are ones they have struggled with for a long time and for others sudden changes leave them feeling they have few options. Through talking, the answers to questions can become clear and direction can be found.
