I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor working in Private practice with experience of working with a wide range of client Groups. The age range varies from 14 year old teens to older adults experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, stress and depression, work related problems, loss and bereavement. I work with clients from diverse communities with diverse issues by providing them with a tailored therapy that matches their needs. This is done in a therapeutic and safe setting in which they can talk about distressing and stressful experiences with unconditional positive regard & confidentiality underpinning the whole process.
As an integrative Counsellor, I promote healing and facilitate wholeness, change & growth while ensuring that my clients can function normally and achieve full potential. I support my clients to develop self-exploration attitudes which in return helps them in identifying what factors of their lives are causing them to be concerned about their wellbeing.
We all have different ways of dealing with different issues in our lives. For some people, a few session will help them to identify where they are stuck, while others gain an insight of their difficulty by spending more time in Therapy. I will identify and facilitate a counselling context that will enable you to explore your life more deeply & reflectively.
