I work across the HD3 and HD7 areas, some weekend and evening appointments also available on request.
I am a trauma informed counsellor working in a person-centred way. This means that I will offer you a warm, confidential, reflective space where you are able to safely explore any issues you are experiencing. Whatever you would like to bring, we can work through your thoughts and feelings together, to make sense of where you are now.
