I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice and see clients in Fulham as well as Kensington. Over the last seven years I have worked in a number of public as well as private institutional settings including the NHS, universities and employee assistance programmes. My way of working is integrative-relational. I combine and tailor a number of different theoretical approaches whilst treating the relationship between us as the most important facilitator of our work together.
As well as being an important source of support for when you are distressed, your relationship with your counsellor can assist in developing insights into yourself and your relationships. This can lead to finding new ways to make the changes you desire. Clients often comment on the comfort and safety they experience through my presence and warmth.
As a member of the BACP I adhere to their code of ethics and my work is regularly supervised by a senior practitioner. I offer a small number of weekly sessions at a reduced rate.
