I am an experienced counsellor with a diploma in relational counselling that allows me to work using an integrative approach with both adults and children and young people. I am a registered member of COSCA. People would describe me as a kind and approachable person that has a great deal of empathy for others and this is something I am proud of.
Being a relational integrative counsellor allows me to adapt my approach to fit the needs of my clients. I focus on building the therapeutic relationship in order to gain a better understanding of each client. I integrate other therapeutic perspectives into my work, art play therapy for children and attachment theory along with multiple others for adults.
I believe I can provide a safe space for my clients to explore what they wish to work on whether that be adults or young people. I love nothing more than when you are working with clients and you can see the therapeutic change happening. I receive supervision and cpd that allows me to continue to grow and to ensure my client gets the best experience they can
