I work in an empathetic way and as an Integrative counsellor I will tailor the therapy to your individual need and issues, working at your pace so that you feel safe and able to explore your thoughts and feelings. I specialise in clients that have been abused, had traumatic events, self esteem issues, bereavement, stress, anxiety and depression.
There is a tendency to feel overwhelmed when issues weigh heavily on the mind, this can overtake your day to day life. Functioning becomes a challenge, trying to push it to the back of your mind may not seem to work anymore.
