I am committed to providing clients a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours without judgement. To explore issues that are causing challenges in your lives and look at how we might over come these. I offer counselling to individuals and couples of all genders. Short term or long term counselling. Whatever the issue is that brings you to counselling I work with you as an individual or couple. I have a special interest in relationship counselling. I can provide couples a safe space to have the conversation that really matters!
I can support you during times of emotional distress due to challenges you are facing in your life. You may be feeling unhappy with life and would like to make changes in how you feel, think, behave and communicate. We can work together to look at what brings you to counselling and what your goals of therapy are. We work at a pace that suits you.
As humans we are a herd species, we are built from birth to form attachments .When we are disconnected from ourselves and others we can become unhappy and emotionally distressed. Together we can work towards you being the person you want to be, living the life you want to live with positive healthy relationships, with yourself as well as others!
