I'm Ben, an experienced mental health practitioner who has worked in the NHS for over 12 years. I work with both adults and children online/in person. My main experience within the NHS has revolved around working with children and adolescents in a CAMHS team, working with complex and severe difficulties. I work with people at a pace which they feel comfortable, whilst also ensuring that we set collaborative goals to help improve someone's life. I'm registered with the BABCP and specialise in PTSD but have extensive experience in social anxiety, OCD, worry, depression, low self esteem, health anxiety and panic disorder.
