My name is Engin and offer in-person counselling sessions in Islington, London, and I also offer online counselling sessions using various platforms. My approach is to create a confidential and safe space in which you are able to explore your feelings, beliefs, behaviours as well as your own history without judgement. All with the aim of gaining a greater sense of self-awareness and achieving more independence and choices in your everyday life.

I work with a range of areas including depression, trauma, bereavement, and anxiety. I make use of approaches from different types of therapy to tailor the sessions to your unique requirements and needs. The first session which lasts between 20–30 minutes is free.
