Hello my name is Lizzy and I work from my own private practice in Brent Knoll Somerset. I offer a kind, caring and confidential counselling service, working with individuals, children & adolescents, couples and the elderly. I offer my counselling sessions as either open-ended or for an agreed time period. I usually work from my therapy room in Brent Knoll but can work within the community and offer home visits to housebound or disabled clients. I take referrals from outside agencies and employers.

I offer a sincere, therapeutic opportunity to discuss whatever is troubling you. Therapy is a private conversation, away from daily expectations and assumptions. This will feel quite different to styles of therapy that use assessments or set protocols. The steady, regular setting helps you be sincerely inquisitive about what is going on.
