I’ve had the privilege of working with lots of different people facing a wide range of issues including anxiety and depression, relationships, addiction and many other presenting issues. I'm an integrative counsellor trained in Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, however, I evolve and expand my skills with continued development and learning. Each client brings their own story and unique needs and I tailor my approach accordingly.

I also specialise in Jungian-informed sandplay therapy, which is suitable for individual clients of all ages and backgrounds.
