Hi I'm Anna, being understood and cared for are deeply important to me, I listen attentively with acceptance and compassion. Perhaps you have noticed patterns in your life and you would like to understand yourself more? Maybe you feel anxious about work or school, talking it through can help you make sense of things. Sometimes past experiences can cause distress, having a space to share with a counsellor can help you process your feelings. Working together, we can look at choices available to you, helping you find hope again.

Hello. As an experienced psychotherapist, I can help you manage current life challenges like sudden changes or losses; anxiety; relationship issues; bereavement; loneliness; parenthood; depression or past experiences intruding on your present. Sometimes clients come with a more general sense of unfulfilment or want to know themselves better. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to share your load, rather than carrying it alone. Psychotherapy offers vital connection, support and opportunity to work things through with an empathic, trained professional totally unconnected to your life.

Sick of feeling anxious, stressed or unhappy? No matter how deep the roots of your problems go, I am here to help. Do you find yourself looking at others who seem to navigate life with ease, radiating happiness and confidence? It's time to stop watching from the sidelines. You deserve to wake up feeling content with yourself and the life you've built. Many people spend years stuck on the edges of their lives, waiting for things to get better. The truth is, no one is born with issues. We all start with confidence and a strong belief in ourselves. I would love to help you get that back.

Hi, I am Max ( Qualified Person Centred Therapist) and I know from my own experience, that life can sometimes be a struggle. Events and experiences can leave us feeling lost, isolated or directionless . At such times, reaching out for help can feel very difficult and it is important that your search leads you to someone you feel you can trust . Counselling is an opportunity to explore thoughts and feelings ,which might be affecting many different areas of your life. With careful and empathic listening, I endeavour to support you in finding your own way through what is often too complex and difficult to manage alone.

The fact that you are looking at my page suggests that something feels stuck, painful, maybe hopeless or unreachable and that you want something different for yourself – that you want things to change. Maybe you want to deepen your connection to yourself so that life feels richer and more rewarding and you can find a more authentic sense of yourself. Whatever your reason, I offer you a safe, empathetic and thoughtful space to explore whatever you want to bring.

We all respond differently to the pressures and changes- you may be swinging from one emotion to another, or feeling numb and tired, or just can't think straight... We are all doing our best to cope, but maybe your normal ways of coping aren't working well enough at the moment? Or maybe you have turned to ways of coping that are unhelpful- like drinking too much ? I can help you find your feet and see what is important for you right now. I know how important it is to find a breathing space to process what is happening when you are living with chaos and uncertainty

I work with people who want to improve their relationships with themselves, others and life itself. Trained in body psychotherapy, I will work with you on all levels of your being (mind, body and spirit) in a transparent, caring and empowering way. My focus is on supporting you to achieve the life changes you need to become truly happy, and on creating maximum value for you going forward (so that you can experience deep and lasting change). In my approach, I work by listening deeply to your life force and holding the space for your process to emerge, your inner child to be heard and all of your feelings and thoughts to be welcomed.
