Life can feel very complicated and challenging which at times will impact on our mental health and how we feel about things. Trying to unravel those feelings on our own can feel impossible. There are many reasons someone will speak to a counsellor; may be you are struggling with anxiety, depression or panic attacks. You might be going through relationship difficulties, bereavement or a change in your circumstances. Or may be you are struggling with things that have happened in your past that you can't let go of. Whatever the reason talking to a qualified counsellor can and will help.

As an Art Psychotherapist your therapy is also with art materials; finding something that often you can take with you past the therapy room and use throughout your life.
