I am an authentic psychotherapist, rather than a blank screen. I work in a way that is best suited to my patients’ needs. I am their biggest cheer leader and guide although I don’t give any advice to my clients as such I do steer them in the ‘right’ direction. I can also be challenging with clients when required and do not shy away from addressing difference or the elephant in the room as it were. I try my best to be a good enough therapist one who much like my patients is also learning from their mistakes. These will invariably be made in order for the work to grow and develop. I work a lot with self compassion through mindfulness.

I have several years of experience of work in private & public sector settings, particularly with children and families & high performing professionals. I also have a particular interest in providing neuro-affirming therapy and coaching to anyone who maybe grappling with difficulties related to neurodiversity. Some of these include Autism, ADHD, ADD, Sensory Processing Difficulties, Dyslexia & Dyspraxia.

Analytical hypnotherapy uses relaxation and visualisation to assist you in looking at past trauma and unresolved conflicts. In a relaxed state you are able to work subconsciously to investigate and resolve past issues, irrational thinking, eliminating negative habits and behaviour, enabling healing to occur.
